About ACC

Animal Care Council is located in the Binghamton, NY area and serves Broome county and
surrounding areas.

We are an all-volunteer, non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to ending pet
overpopulation and the suffering caused by it.  We offer low-cost spay/neuter assistance to
those with financial need.  We also have many, many loving cats and dogs in need of good
homes.

We receive no government funding.

Please help us to help the animals!
